Men's Work
-
A safe space to drop the masks you wear in every day life. Perhaps you give off the vibe of being shy but you're actually very confident in yourself. Perhaps you give of the vibe of being brave, but you are crumbling in pain. Be yourself and be held.
-
A space to commit to healing and growth to become more of your authentic expression in and out of relationships.

Conscious men have a difficult time on this planet right now. So much of the trauma that we live in has been created by the unhealed masculine spirit. We are surrounded by feminine pain and that legacy of masculine separation from the Divine/God. We still live in a society that sees masculine pain as invalid or unworthy of attention and worse still, asking for help as a man as a sign of weakness. Coming from a military background, I understand this better than most.
Strong and silent always breaks. There’s no shame in admitting that you need help. It is always better to address issues before they become overwhelming. As someone who has experienced emotional child abuse, emotional domestic abuse and PTSD from war- and still made it through, I am who I am now because I asked for help, multiple times. I totally empathise with the feelings of inadequacy of needing extra support in life- in not being a strong enough son, brother, husband, father, warrior. What I do know, is that in asking for help, I became a better version of myself.
My intention for these ceremonies is to help men explore childhood pain, pain from relationships, coping mechanisms, inner beliefs around worth, learned and generational patterns around masculinity, self love and the courage to speak up amongst other things. We will look at how many men forget to play because society tells us we should always be productive and strong as men. Healing the inner child, learning to re-parent inner child wounds and connecting to the adult-self can have profound psychological changes.

At a deeper level, we will look at the archetypes of the Soul. Are you a jester because you fear the seriousness of the magician or the sacredness of the King energy? Are you afraid of the vibration of the healed Warrior or do you spend to much time in the wounded Warrior? Looking at relearning playful, fluid connections between these archetypes can be life altering and also allow more of our soul expression through.
This is a safe space to express grief, rage, pain and anything else that burdens you. We will work through that together and leave you with some new tools to maintain a more healthy and balanced view of life. For some men, who are in a relationship this work will involve learning how to anticipate the needs of the feminine and understanding how to be in a more conscious partnership. The more men understand their own feminine expression or perhaps their separation from it, the healthier their relationships will become.
